Barbara Sears, head of Linowes and Blocher's Land Use Practice Area, was recently named "Queen" of Montgomery County Zoning by Bisnow on Business' Real Estate Weekly. The online publication, which used a survey of metropolitan Washington's legal community to determine the "Top 25 Power Lawyers in Washington," has archived this edition at www.bisnow.com.
